Product Description Dark chocolate callets are designed for clean and easy melting. They come as tiny buttons that aid preparation for tempering or just adding in there solid form to baking. Allows smooth, consistent melting. Tempered and ready for use. The couverture as its known comes in 3 types with differing percentages of cacao solids. Dark, milk and white. All are easy to use with differing depths of intensity depending on the solids. The higher the percentage the depth and bitterness increases. Can be used in many applications like Ganaches, baking and covering. It is available in 1 kg. Ingredients Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor.
