Omega-3s with SPMs blends sustainably sourced arctic herring caviar extract with fish oil concentrate, which provides naturally-occurring phospholipids, specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs), and omega-3s, including EPA
and DHA. Phospholipids enhance the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients, like omega-3s, and have the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier.
