• GUIDANCE & PREPARATION - This Cast Iron Pan is entirely handmade from traditional pure cast iron, therefore the surface will not be completely smooth & may contain marks/bumps. To attain optimum use of this pan, it should be prepared & seasoned before use (See Description on How to Prepare, Season & Clean). The surface does have an oil coating to protect the material as it is pure cast iron. Following the preparation tips, this oil coating will get removed and it will be ready to use.
