Cavius CV3106 Wireless RF Heat Alarm Lithium Battery Powered Description

Can be utilised as part of a Grade F1 / LD2 fire alarm system to achieve compliance with the new Scottish Building regulations effective February 2022.

Normally installed in locations where there is a high risk of false alarm caused by routine use, e.g. kitchen, garage and boiler rooms. These locations are often overlooked when in fact they are the riskiest places for fires to start.  Heat alarms should always be used in conjunction with smoke alarms, they will not provide adequate protection on their own. Heat alarms operate at a fixed temperature and will not react at all to smoke alone.
