Celery Salt is a savoury, earthy seasoning that works wonders for pork, fish, and meats. Use our version in soups, as a garnish on cocktails and hotdogs, or as a pickling spice.

• Celery salt is high in minerals as well as flavour and it enhances whatever it touches.
• Pairs deliciously with Bloody Mary, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad, Roast Pork, Salad Dressings.
• Use this Celery Salt on the pork when roasting to keep the outside crisp and the inside juicy and tender. Try a dash in seafood stews, mix it into coleslaw or egg salad, or use it as a topping for popcorn and hotdogs or in your Bloody Mary.
• A common seasoning for all things savoury, our Celery Salt is made from ground celery seeds and sea salt. Celery's use has been documented since 850 BC but it may have been used for medicinal properties even before that. Celery seed is high in calcium, manganese, and iron, and the addition of salt enhances its flavour to bring out the taste profile of the vegetable which can be either herbal or citrusy.
