The ideal specialized stereo microscope is the Celestron Labs S10-30N stereo microscope. This stereoscope creates a 3D image of your specimen with selectable low-power 10x and 30x magnification. It's perfect for looking at things like rocks, leaves, fossils, insects, and more.

The ergonomically inclined head of the microscope lessens neck strain for more pleasant viewing times. It has a reversible stage plate and employs internal or exterior lighting.

Users' interpupillary distances are taken into account when adjusting the binocular eyepieces. An integrated diopter adjustment control is included into the left eyepiece. After positioning the eyepieces as desired, fine-tune focus using the rack-and-pinion focus knob. It is recommended to start viewing a sample at low power (10x), switching to high power as necessary.

You might need to increase your focus range to accommodate large samples by vertically sliding the head along the pillar stand to bring the image into focus. The Celestron Labs S10-30N microscope head can revolve around the pillar stand to accommodate objects, such as fossil bones, that do not fit on the microscope base.

Accessories Included
Your Celestron Labs S10-30N comes complete with two synthetic rubber flared eyepiece eye cups, a stage plate, and a dust cover. Install the angled rubber eye cups to reduce extraneous light that may interfere with your viewing.  The stage plate comes in a reversible black/white, offering you different ways to observe to get the best detail. Protect your instrument with the dust cover when it is not in use.
