The sky doesn't always cooperate, despite our best efforts to schedule our imaging or observation periods for ideal weather. When your equipment needs to remain set up, but you're not using it, Celestron's Weatherproof Telescope Cover gives you piece of mind. This lightweight, portable cover provides dependable short-term protection from dew, dust, light rain, and sun exposure, whether you're keeping your rig constructed in between nights at a star party or stopping until the weather passes.

The silver exterior layer, which is made of aluminium-laminated fabric, reflects sunlight to keep your equipment cold during the day and insulated at night, assisting in the maintenance of a steady interior temperature. The plush 210D polyester lining inside provides a layer of protection for the finish of your telescope. You may fasten the cover with a built-in cinch-style drawstring. You can customise the height of the cover to meet your setup and keep everything stable and protected while keeping out wind, dust, and light precipitation.

Portability is a key consideration in the design of the Weatherproof Telescope Cover. It is light enough to go any place without adding bulk to your equipment, weighing only 1.34 lbs. The cover folds down to a small size when not in use, making it simple to store in an observatory drawer, car, or kit bag. After being in the field for a while, it's simple to clean with a moist cloth or a little soap and water; no extra attention is needed.
