Instructions:
1. Hang the tow frame at a certain height;
2. The patient with cervical spondylosis is seated on a chair, and the cervical traction belt is placed on the jaw and back of the head.
3. Gradually tighten the traction rope, adjust the position of the patient, and then continue to pull the traction rope to rotate the ratchet, so that the patient feels comfortable.
4. When the traction is finished, pull the check valve, slowly loosen the traction rope, and take off the cervical traction belt.
5. Traction time: generally about 30 minutes or follow the doctor's advice.
Precautions
