This is a delicious rum from St Lucia Distillers and it comes with a very interesting story behind it. There was a fire in 2007 which destroyed much of the warehousing buildings at the distillery. After this, new locations were sought for the casks of maturing rum. Some of the casks were lost, only to be found years later and bottled as Chairman's Reserve Forgotten Casks.
