Product Description Produced in the heart of the Kent countryside in England, Chapel Down Rosé is a delicate and elegant English sparkling rosé from England's leading wine producer. Delicate rose petal pink in colour with a fine, prolonged mousse, it opens with aromas of lemon sherbet and fresh citrus, followed by vibrant notes of redcurrant and wild strawberry with subtle floral hints, creating a crisp and refreshing finish. Crafted from a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc and Early Pinot Noir, this traditional method sparkling wine gains its distinctive colour and delicate character from the inclusion of Early Pinot Noir. Grapes are sourced from vineyards across Kent, where chalk, clay and loam soils help create wines with bright acidity and expressive fruit flavours. Made using the traditional method, the cuvée is first fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh aromatics before a second fermentation in bottle creates its fine bubbles. The wine then matures on its lees, adding complexity and refinement before disgorgement and final dosage. Chapel Down Rosé has received international acclaim, most notably being awarded "Best in Show" at the Decanter World Wine Awards - the highest accolade given by Decanter and reserved for just the top 50 wines globally.
