Perfect for when you don't need anything hugely high-tech to open your canned goods, reach for this Chef Aid Stab Can Opener.
Slimline and easy to store, this can opener is made from sturdy, durable metal. It can be easily transported with you if you're going camping or spending a day at the beach and need something to easily and quickly open your bottles and cans. Each end of this dual-ended stab can and bottle opener has a different function and is easy to use. For the bottle opener, simply hook the underside underneath the lip of the bottle cap and place the top over the top before levering the cap off.
A stab can opener is ideal for can containing liquids that need pouring such as for custard or cream. Alternatively, it can be used to puncture holes in the tops of cans that need draining such as cans of beans or tuna. To use, set the shorter stub against the top edge of the can and lever the pointy side down into the top of the can until you have punctured a hole. For the best and fastest pouring results, a top tip is to make two holes opposite each other. Make the hole you intend to pour from larger than the other. Doing this improves the flow of the contents of the can and won't make it glug as it pours, reducing mess!
