CMC Tylos Powder 35g Description
Pot of cmC powder Tylos 35 g to make edible glue. Mixed with sugar paste, it results in gum paste (modeling paste). The cmC powder is used in professional baking. It is an edible 'glue' that allows you to attach decorative elements to your cakes. It has the advantage of adhering almost instantly. Usage: mix 1/2 tsp of cmC with 7 to 8 tbsp of hot water. Cover and let sit in the fridge for 24 hours. The next day, add a few drops of water if necessary. The resulting edible glue can be stored for 15 days in the refrigerator. Ingredients: carboxymethylcellulose. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupin, and soy.
