Suggested Use
Shake well before use
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
Reapply:
- After 80 minutes of swimming or sweating
- Immediately after towel drying
- At least every 2 hours

- Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

A few flair ups on my wrist . The flair ups could have been a lot worse.
Therefore I would highly recommend this product.

So I bought this because it had zinc oxide and had a high spectrum of protection but I didn't like it. It was really runny, left a bad white caste, felt really oily and just didn't like it. I loved the fact that it had zinc oxide and was free from alot of things, had spf50 so it sounded perfect, a sun cream which was everything i wanted but i didn't like it and i was so disappointed that i didn't.
The delivery took quite a while to get to the UK where i live.
