Once glued to the wall, the thermal insulation of the resulting room becomes warmer.

Walled cork is resistant to humidity and attack by moulds and fungi, it is an anti-allergic product.

*TAA antibacterial and antifungal technology is built into products during manufacturing to provide continuous antibacterial and antifungal protection. When microbes such as bacteria, mould and fungi come into contact with the product, the TAA protection penetrates the microbe's cell wall and disrupts key cell functions so that the microbes cannot function, grow or reproduce.
Corksystem will incorporate TAA technology into all of its cork underlayments and wall tiles becoming an integral part of these products, providing an additional level of protection against harmful bacteria and mould.
