I was pleased to receive this product as it was exactly what I had been looking for. However on ordering 2 more in the next size up I was sent 2 more of the same size, one and the same material and one in a different material. These were replaced on request. However, they were the right size but not the same material as the first order and give off a different light when lit up so not suitable.. I sent photos of the 2 types of material and of the shades lit up and requested 2 of the lampshades in the same material as on my first order but received an email to tell me to return the lampshades. I did not expect to receive 2 different types of the same lampshade when I wanted all 3 lampshades to be of the same material so matching.very disappointed.
