(D-5V5V) Dual Channel Analog Isolation Module 5V5V for Engraving Machine Description

1、 Because it is an isolation module, the module uses two completely independent power supplies. DC power supply for input and output: 12-32VDC power supply. If it is 0-10V to 0-10V, the power supply should be 24V-32VDC.
2、 The main function is to input 0-5V analog voltage signal, after isolation, output 0-5V analog voltage signal; or input 0-10V analog voltage signal, after isolation, output 0-10V analog voltage signal.
3、 Conversion accuracy 3%, conversion speed 200MS.
4、 Separate the voltage or current (voltage) signal of high voltage or strong interference end and transmit it to PLC or controller MCU. Separate the control end from the controlled end to ensure the stability and anti-interference ability of the system.
5、 If the module and the controller are installed in a metal shielding box, the outer layer of the casing is better.
6、 The potentiometer on the board is used to correct the corresponding relationship of the converted output voltage. The calibration output voltage value can be fine-tuned and is usually corrected at the factory.
