DC5-12V ZVS Induction Heating Board 120W Flyback Driver Description

1、This is a non-tapped mini ZVS finished-board, induction heating, tesla and Jacob\u0027s Ladder driver, cooling fan is not included. 2、The maximum power is 120W (12.0V induction heating). Push the transformer 12.0V, the primary of 10 turns, about 30W. 3、DC5V-12.0V input voltage, this voltage-ranges is working voltage, not the no load voltage of power supplys. (The voltage exceeds 12.0V or below 5V, it is not guaranteed to work properly.) 4、Make sure that all component parts are soldered correctly, the positive and negative poles of the power cord are not reversely connected, the load is connected, and then power on; do not power on at no-load which makes it easily broken. 5、The width of the object to be heated should be between 1/3~1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil, and the width should not exceed 2/3. 6、The diameter of the heating object should be controlled within 20mm as much as possible, if the heating object is too large, it will be difficult to heat it into red-hot, due to the limited power. 7、The current is relatively large during induction heating, the coil heat is also relatively large, usually work for 5 minutes to power off to cooling and please solder the heating coil directly to the printed circuit board during induction heating. 8、Equipped with blue LED indicator light, if the indicator light is weak, means the power supplys is insufficient and you need to replace it with a higher power supplys.
