How to Use:
1. In the timer screen's zero state, press the ST/SP button to start counting up. In counting status, pressing the ST/SP button can pause or continue counting. When the counting exceeds 59 minutes and 59 seconds, it only displays hours and minutes, with "H" and "M" flashing, flashing once per second. To stop counting, press the ST/SP button to pause, then press the RESET/MRY button to reset to zero.
2. Countdown: In the clear or paused state, press the H and M buttons to set hours and minutes, or press the M and S buttons to set minutes and seconds. A short press increases the value by 1 and a long press quickly increases the value. Once set, press the ST/SP button to start the countdown. In countdown status, you can pause or continue countdown by pressing the ST/SP button. When there is 1 minute remaining in the countdown, the LED display turns red. When the time is up, an alert sounds. Press the ST/SP button to stop the alert; if not pressed, the alert will default to stop after one minute.
3. Using memory time: The countdown features three sets of memory times, with default times of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 30 minutes, which can be freely set. In the clear or paused state, press the RESET/MRY button to switch among the three sets of memory times. Select one group and press the ST/SP button to start the countdown.
4. Setting memory time: In the clear or paused state, press the RESET/MRY button to switch among the three sets of memory times. Select one group and press and hold the RESET/MRY button for about 3 seconds until the value flashes. At this point, a short press of the RESET/MRY button clears the value. Then press the H and M buttons to set hours and minutes, or the M and S buttons to set minutes and seconds. A short press increases the value by 1, and a long press quickly increases the value. Once completed, press and hold the RESET/MRY button for about 3 seconds until the value stops flashing, indicating that the setting is complete.
