It came in a sturdy bag and was as flat as a pancake so gave it a good shake and it plumped it out a little, put it onto the bed settee wasn't expecting a miracle but it made no difference at all so pretty useless. I wouldn't recommend.

I was very disappointed with this item it didn’t match the description or photos. It was thin, and despite every effort to allow the filling to fluff up remained barely a cm thick. It made no difference to the comfort of the mattress. A waste of money.
