(Double) Silentnight Teddy Fleece Electric Blanket Easy Fit Description
The Silentnight Teddy Fleece Electric Blanket helps you to keep you extra cosy and warm over the colder months. The teddy fleece fabric provides extra cosiness, whilst the four heat settings allow you to choose a temperature that is just right for you. Special features include overheat protection which means the blanket will automatically shut down if a hot spot or fault is detected, meaning you can get a great night’s sleep without a worry.
Easy fit straps provide a secure fit to your mattress. The blanket is machine washable, disconnect the controllers and pop into your washing machine so you can enjoy snuggly comfort time and time again.
The Silentnight Comfort Control Teddy Fleece Electric Blanket is an energy efficient and affordable way to stay warm for less. Pre- heating your bed for 1 hour on a low heat setting costs from as little as 1p, so you can afford to cosy up night after night. As sleep experts we recommend turning off the appliance before falling asleep to regulate your core temperature for a less disturbed sleep.
Silentnight are the UK’s most trusted sleep brand with over 80 years’ experience in creating products to help the whole family get that ‘great sleep’ feeling.

It's soft under the sheets and level 3 pre-heats the bed nicely but once you're inside it gets too warm, so I have to lower it to level 1 to keep a comfortable temperature throughout the night.
It doesn't have a timer, but that's not an issue as I use it with a smart plug and can create my own on/off schedules.
As per other online reviews, this is not intended to cover the whole mattress, so I bought a king size to fit a double bed, and it fits perfectly. Check the dimensions before buying to avoid disappointment.
