The active ingredient (docusate sodium) increases the amount of water and salts absorbed by your stool, to make them softer, easier and more comfortable to pass when you go the loo Pack Size 30 Warnings Pregnant, thinking of becoming pregnant, or breast feeding. Suffering from stomach pains, feeling sick, or have been sick in the last 24 hours. Allergic to the ingredients. Intolerant to a small quantity of sugar (sorbitol, fructose).
