Bought this for a standard lamp. Simply plug it in and you have a dimable light. It works well and I'd recommend it.
Happy with purchase easy to use no problems in using bought for dimmable wall lights which are wired in but to mains supply but l moved the lights so now l just use the plug socket next to them to save damaging the wall
Brilliant product easy to set up, just plug in to socket plug lamp in, and turn dial to correct brightness.
