Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur, 50cl

Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur, 50cl Description

Product Description Inspired by family moments in every sip, Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur brings to mind pudding at a lively kitchen table, fruit picking on a summerÃâ'â"s day and the nostalgia of an old-fashioned sweet shop. The flavour opens with a sweet, highly perfumed rhubarb aroma, followed by bright sweetness and a sharp tang. Ginger then adds a lingering warmth that feels sweet, familiar and comforting. This rhubarb liqueur is a versatile addition to the home bar and perfect for weekend drinks and seasonal serves. Enjoy it in spritzes, cocktails and lower ABV long drinks, or pour it over ice for a simple serve. It suits summer garden gatherings, brunches, evening drinks in the kitchen or dining room, and relaxed celebrations where a fruit-led, gin-flavoured profile is desired. The combination of sweet rhubarb and fiery ginger gives this ginger liqueur a balanced character that works well with tonic, soda, sparkling wine and other cocktail mixers. It may also appeal to shoppers looking for flavour inspiration beyond a standard bottle of gin, while still fitting naturally into a gin-based drinks collection. For those browsing for warming ginger-led spirits, this offers a distinctive rhubarb twist. Presented in a 50cl bottle at 20% ABV, it is easy to use for mixed drinks and sharing. It has also received a MasterÃâ'â"s Medal at the Global Gin Masters 2023 and a Gold Medal at the Scottish Gin Awards 2022. Edinburgh Gin is known for flavour-led spirits with dependable mixability and presentation that suits gifting as well as keeping on your own drinks shelf.
