1. Pour parts cleaning agent or lubricating oil into the middle of the grip cover and the handle, shake it back and forth on the grip cover, you can pull out the grip cover and save it for later use. 2. Please pull out the throttle cable from the throttle core before replacing the throttle core in the accessories. If the cable is too hard or pulled hard, it will cause danger. Be sure to pull the cable loosely.
3. The cable inside the throttle core is loosened a bit. If the throttle core is replaced, please adjust the tightness of the throttle cable to a proper tightness. You must confirm whether the throttle valve can operate smoothly during adjustment.
4. Coat the adhesive on the handle, if the coating is too thick, it may ooze and cause stains:'Please use a thick cardboard or a scraper to spread the adhesive thinly, and then insert the handle cover: there is a hex screw on the controller side, be sure to loosen it before inserting, and then tighten at the end.
5. After the power is turned on, the indicator light flashes three times and enters the standby mode (flashing green light means normal, flashing red light means less than the operating voltage). The heater has five temperature adjustments. Through the switch control, the light changes from blue to red, and the output will gradually increase at a rate of 20% each time. If the light flashes or goes out, it means that the voltage has dropped and you need to replace the battery or Replace the line. Connection method: the red wire is connected to the positive pole, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole.
