How it works and setup steps Stack the pre drilled white paper, carbon paper, and conductive paper in that onto the screw mount and lay the stack flat on the plastic plate. Attach a wiring fork to each electrode and tighten the nuts so the electrodes press against the conductive paper with firm, even pressure. Connect the ends of the wiring forks to a DC 6V power supply to create a stable potential difference and begin mapping potentials or observing equipotential patterns.
