Indicații:
Enterol 250 mg este indicat pentru tratamentul diareei infecţioase acute la adulţi şi copii; pentru prevenirea şi tratamentul colitei şi diareei determinate de consumul de antibiotice; în asociere cu vancomicină/metronidazol, pentru prevenirea recurenţei bolilor produse de Clostridium difficile; pentru prevenirea diareei determinate de nutriţia enterală; pentru tratamentul sindromului colonului iritabil.
Contraindicatii:
Nu luați Enterol 250 mg:
- dacă sunteți alergic la substanța activă sau la oricare dintre celelalte componente ale acestui medicament.
Precautii:
Înainte să luați Enterol 250 mg, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului.
Sarcină, alăptarea şi fertilitatea:
Dacă sunteți gravidă sau alăptați, credeți că ați putea fi gravidă sau intenționați să rămâneți gravidă, adresați-vă medicului sau farmacistului pentru recomandări înainte de a lua acest medicament.
În studiile efectuate la animale nu s-a evidenţiat potenţial teratogen. Până în prezent, în clinică nu au fost raportate efecte fetotoxice sau malformative. Datorită datelor insuficiente se recomandă evitarea utilizării acestui medicament în timpul sarcinii şi alăptării.
Conducerea vehiculelor şi folosirea utilajelor:
Enterol 250 mg nu influenţează capacitatea de a conduce vehicule sau de a folosi utilaje.
Mod de administrare:
Luați întotdeauna acest medicament exact așa cum v-a spus medicul dumneavoastră sau farmacistul. Discutați cu medicul dumneavoastră sau cu farmacistul dacă nu sunteți sigur.
Doza recomandată este de 1-2 plicuri Enterol 250 mg, de 1-2 ori pe zi.
Se varsă conținutul plicului în puțină apă sau băuturi îndulcite (zahărul trebuie fiert), se amestecă și se bea. De asemenea, pulberea orală se poate combina cu alimente sau se poate turna în biberon.
Dacă aveţi orice întrebări suplimentare cu privire la acest medicament, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră, farmacistului sau asistentei medicale.
Compozitie:
- Substanța activă este Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 liofilizat.
- Celelalte componente sunt: lactoză monohidrat, fructoză, dioxid de siliciu coloidal anhidru, aromă artificială 'tutti frutti'.

Enterol 250 mg is indicated for the treatment of acute infectious diarrhoea in adults and children; for the prevention and treatment of colitis and diarrhoea caused by antibiotic consumption; in combination with vancomycin/metronidazole to prevent recurrence of Clostridium difficile diseases; to prevent diarrhea caused by enteral nutrition; for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
Contraindications:Do not take Enterol 250 mg:
- if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Precautions:
Before taking Enterol 250 mg, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
No teratogenic potential was shown in animal studies. To date, no foetotoxic or malformative effects have been reported in the clinic. Due to insufficient data, it is recommended to avoid the use of this medicine during pregnancy and lactation.
Driving and using machines:
Enterol 250 mg does not affect the ability to drive and use machines.
Method of administration:
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets Enterol 250 mg, 1-2 times a day.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a little water or sweetened drinks (sugar should be boiled), stir and drink. The oral powder can also be combined with food or poured into a bottle.
