Product description A versatile sauce base made using hand-picked ceps from wild forests. Use to make a rich and creamy sauce, great in a variety of dishes. Make it your own by adding fresh, seasonal wild mushrooms. Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans. Each catering tub is 800g, providing approximately 5 litres. There are 2 tubs in each wholesale case. - 160g per litre with 880 ml warm water. Bring to the boil stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 mins. Finish with 120ml Double cream.
