Each mat measures approximately 62cm × 62cm × 34mm and is manufactured from high-grade EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foam. The substantial 34mm thickness provides cushioning and shock absorption while helping insulate your horse from cold concrete flooring.

The interlocking edge design allows multiple mats to connect securely together, making it easy to create a floor area suited to the size and shape of your stable. The smaller tile format also makes individual sections easier to lift, replace or remove for cleaning.

Installation

Lay the mats on a flat, firm and stable surface and connect the interlocking edges together to create the required floor area.

For larger installations, continue adding tiles until the desired stable floor area is covered. Leave approximately 25mm (1") around the perimeter to allow for expansion.
