How is the oil produced?

The oil is produced from carefully selected evening primrose seeds grown on Polish fields. Each batch is cold-pressed below 35C, allowing the oil to retain its natural nutritional qualities. Once pressed, the fresh oil is bottled in dark glass bottles to help preserve its freshness and quality.

Use only cold. Perfect for salads, vegetable dishes, soups, sandwich spreads, dressings, risotto, groats, vegetable and fruit smoothies, sauces and fresh bread. It may also be used for home cosmetic care on skin and hair.

Suggested daily intake:

• Children aged 26 years: teaspoon.
• Children aged 612 years: 1 teaspoon.
• Teenagers and adults: 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon.
• 1 teaspoon is approximately 5 g of oil.

Storage

Store in a refrigerator or another cool, shaded place at 410C. The best before date can be found on the back label. Natural sediment and colour changes are normalshake gently before use.
