Product is useless, it's a yoga mat for either your head or a Barbie doll, that's how small it is, complete joke!!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could!
Perfect to support my wrists when I do planks, and exercises such as Burpees. The thick foam is great! Arrived quickly, thanks
This is ideal for floor excercises and camping, place on ground sheet and keeps the cold off you, happy camper.
Loved the thickness of this mat, but it is way too small to be of much use.
This is my fault for concentrating on the thickness of the mat and not the other dimensions. Not sure what to use this for, but I'll find something.

Definitely check the measurements as the picture is not a true accurate representation of the product. Its a lot smaller.
Was taken aback at first by the size of product. Looks much larger in photo. Saying that, it's actually ok and good quality.
Should have read measurements came and looked like a mat for baby yoga that aside great quality and thickness love the colour
I'm happy with this Matt.
