The device is intended to cut or crush medication to aid in consumption. The device is intended to only be used with medications that are labeled as acceptable for crushing or cutting.

This Pill Cutter features the unique Safety Shield which, when the cutter is opened, completely covers the blade protecting fingers from the danger of cutting. The sharp stainless steel blade makes a clean cut every time and the magnifier magnifies a pill to two times its regular size.

Colors may vary.

Wash before initial use with warm, soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry completely before using. Repeat as needed or in between uses to remove pill residue.

Cutters: Remove residue from blade with a thick washcloth being careful not to come in direct contact with blade. Place pill in v-shaped holder. Close cover to cut pill. Remove cut halves of pill. Close cover and store in closed position.

Crushers: Unscrew crusher top and place pill into container. Screw down crusher top tightly against pill. Rotate top back and forth to crush. Repeat until uniform powder is achieved. Remove top to empty powder from container.

This product is neither child resistant nor is it a toy. Keep this and all medicine out of a child's reach. Choking hazard It may contain small parts.

Cutters: Avoid direct contact with the blade as it is very sharp. Discard product when blade no longer optimally performs.

Limitations: Note that enteric-coated tablets are intended to be swallowed whole and should never be cut or crushed before taking.
