A healthy, well-rounded diet should include both insoluble and soluble fiber. The Vitamin Shoppe brand Fiber Blend combines all 6 soluble and insoluble fiber groups-cellulose, pectin, gums, mucilages, hemicellulose, and lignin-to support healthy digestion and promote regularity.

Fiber Blend capsules contain fiber from all 6 fiber groups: cellulose, pectin, gums and mucilages, hemicellulose and lignin. 

Gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, modified cellulose. 

Contains: Soy. 

Does Not Contain: Gluten, Artificial Colors or Flavors. 

Take three (3) capsules up to twice daily with at least 8 oz. of water and preferably with meals.

This product must be taken with at least 8 oz. of water, as it contains Psyllium Husks. Taking Psyllium Husks without a full glass of liquid may cause choking.
