Features

Sugar content: 1 g/l
Ageing 13 years: This dry marsala was aged in a small oak cask for 13 years, produced in the Cantina Garibaldi, 108 metres from the sea.
Tasting notes: Fresh marine scents, enhanced by yellow flower notes. Sapid, vibrant and fresh on the palate.
Ideas for pairings: Cured meats, peanuts, oysters, mature cheeses, fried fish, and bruschetta with soft burrata cheese and anchovies. Oysters, fish crudités, fried fish, bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and anchovies, bruschetta with soft burrata cheese and anchovies, linguine pasta with sea urchins.
