• Storage and handling: Store Flowflex COVID-19 Antigen Home Test between 2-30°C (36-86°F) until use. The test should be performed in an environment between 5-40°C (41-104°F). Kit contents are stable until the expiration date printed on the outer packaging and should not be used beyond the expiration date.

STEP 1: SWAB

• Gently insert the swab into each nostril and rotate it five times to collect nasal drainage.

• Then, place the swab into the extraction buffer tube.

STEP 2: SWIRL

• Insert the swab into the tube and swirl it for 30 seconds.

• Remove the swab, attach the dropper tip, and mix the solution thoroughly.

STEP 3: DROP

• Squeeze the tube gently to dispense four drops of solution into the "S" marked sample well, making sure to avoid the "C" and "T" wells.

STEP 4: READING RESULTS

• Set a 15-minute timer.

• The presence of both the control line (C) and the test line (T) indicates the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen.
