The new version MDB-RS232 V2020 is updated from the standard three LED MDB-RS232 USB version and adds more features. It utilizes Double-Serial technology to provide better stability. After the MDB box is powered , the device will not automatically enable the payment device, and the host (VMC) needs to enable the device through the enable command. Therefore, customers who are already using three LED MDB-RS232 boxes should test compatibility before replacing with this new version box or contact customer service for advice.
