SDR-V2 Description
The SDR-V2 radio receivers are all RTL-SDR receivers based on the RTL2832U chip, but they feature different tuners: the FC0012 tuner supports the 22-948.6MHz frequency band; the FC0013 tuner extends the frequency band to 22-1100MHz and supports L-band input.
Note:
1. The RTL-SDR V2 cannot receive shortwave radio signals because the RTL2832U chip in the RTL-SDR does not directly support shortwave reception. It lacks direct downconversion for HF bands (below 24 MHz). Therefore, due to hardware limitations, the RTL-SDR V2 cannot receive shortwave radio signals.
The RTL-SDR has a rich supporting software ecosystem, covering multiple platforms including computers, tablets, and mobile phones.

Real-time Sampling Rate:
Approximately 2.4 MS/s (million samples per second). Actual stable values may be slightly lower.
I/Q Mode: Supports complex sampling (quadrature down-conversion).
Resolution:
ADC Bits: 8 bits (built-in in the RTL2832U). Dynamic range is limited, making it suitable for entry-level applications.
Interface:
USB 2.0: Requires computer signal processing (may be limited by USB bandwidth).
L Compatible with mainstream SDR software (SDR#, GQRX, HDSDR, CubicSDR, etc.), requiring no additional drivers.
