Ford 6.0L Diesel Oil Rail Test Tool Description
A specialised tool kit for Ford 6.0L V8 diesel turbocharged vehicles, including E-350, E-450, F-450, F-550 (2004-2010) and Excursion (2003-2010). The oil rail adapters and IPR valve air test fitting are constructed from brass and steel for high strength and durability. This kit enables you to observe injector control pressure (ICP) by connecting instruments directly and to test the high-pressure oil system for leaks. The IPR valve fitting has 1/4-inch pipe threads to accommodate standard air fittings, keeping the system completely sealed. It allows engine builders to confirm the absence of high-pressure oil leaks before engine installation, making repairs more manageable.
