Form Post Workout Active Muscle Recovery

Form Post Workout Active Muscle Recovery Description

TensCare Form – Post Workout Active Recovery – Using Clinically Proven EMS Technology. Perfect for All Muscle Groups. Promotes Blood Flow, Reduces Tension and Accelerates Muscle Recovery

Form is an innovative electrical muscle stimulator used to target muscles for local and whole-body muscle recovery post exercise. The device delivers small electrical impulses via body-worn electrodes that are designed to optimise muscle coverage, motor point activation and elicit small muscle contractions. This type of ‘active recovery' helps to reduce muscle tension and fatigue and accelerates the muscle recovery process without effort or further fatigue. Form has been designed to remove the complexity from EMS treatment, whilst providing all the clinical benefits of a technical device, so you can focus on recovery

• SILENT AND DISCREET –  The Form is a silent and easily wearable device, compared to massage guns that require you to hold and vibrate loudly. This allows you to go about your business and complete active recovery.

• SMART ELECTRODES – The Form utilises 2 bespoke electrodes that are designed to provide optimum muscle coverage. The device magnetically connects to the electrode which then automatically chooses the correct programme designed for that muscle group.

• ACTIVE RECOVERY - The Form uses clinically tailored EMS technology that aides in active recovery. In quick 20 minute sessions, you can easily help promote blood flow, reduce muscle tension and accelerate muscle recovery. Allowing you to get back into sport or the gym, quicker.

• PRESET PROGRAMMES – The Form utilises pre-set programmes for your ease. Simply connect the device and electrodes and it will select the best suite programmes for your muscle group.

• PRECISION – The Form uses a rotary dial system to control the 45 levels of intensity giving you easier control on a comfortable stimulation. With an LED screen to show you intensity, treatment timer and battery life. The small device easily shows you all your required information.

• LONG LIFE BATTERY – The Form contains a long life battery which lasts 22 hours, giving you plenty of uses before a recharge. With a quick charging time of 1 hour before a full recharge. Giving a quick charge and plenty of uses from one full battery.
