Galpharm Diarrhoea Relief 2 mg Capsules are a dependable and fast‑acting over‑the‑counter solution designed to relieve symptoms of acute diarrhoea in adults and children aged 12 years and over. Each capsule delivers Loperamide Hydrochloride 2 mg, a well‑established anti‑diarrhoeal agent that slows intestinal motility, allowing more fluid absorption and helping to restore normal stool consistency and frequency. When diarrhoea strikes, many users experience relief within one hour after treatment begins, reducing urgency and discomfort.

This pack is supplied as 6 blisters of 10 capsules (total 60 capsules), enabling multiple treatments or extended readiness. The dosing is simple: after the first loose stool, take 2 capsules with water; thereafter, take 1 capsule after each further loose motion, but never exceed 6 capsules in any 24‑hour period. Always follow the patient information leaflet and do not continue beyond 24 hours without medical consultation.
