- Each tablet contains 10mg of loratadine. Also contains lactose.
- For oral use. Adults and children aged 2 years of age and above, weighing more than 30kg (usually a child over the age of 9): Swallow one tablet a day with water. Do not give to children under the age of 2 years or weighing less than 30kg. See packaging for full details.

Galpharm One-a-Day Allergy and Hayfever Relief contains loratadine to relieve the symptoms of hayfever, non-seasonal rhinitis (runny and itchy nose) and other allergies e.g pet or house dust mite allergies. It can also be taken for skin allergies such as rash, itching and hives.
