Product description This highly versatile aromatic paste adds depth-of-flavour to any dish and is wonderful for marinating and ideal with any type of meat, fish or vegetable. Typical of yellow curries found in southern Thailand, it is made in Thailand with fresh ingredients, including red chilli, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime peel and a variety of exotic spices Ingredients Onion garlic curry powder (turmeric, coriander, cumin, cardamom, chilli) red chilli lemongrass salt galangal ginger kaffir lime peel star anise. Directions Mix 1-2 tablespoons of Gang Garee Yellow Curry Paste with 1 cup of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add your choice of meat, fish, or vegetables and cook until tender. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
