The brand new Garmin inReach Messenger keeps you connected wherever you are by seamlessly switching between mobile and satellite coverage. Through the Messenger App, you can communicate easily with other people through the intuitive user-interface display. Extended battery life of up to 200 hours, plus reverse charging from another device, means you can keep the adventure going for longer.

The brand new Garmin inReach® Messenger provides inReach® quality satellite communication over the Iridium network in a small and compact design.

he IPX7-rated, rugged device allows carriers to send two-way messages from anywhere in the world, communicating with friends and family through the intuitive Garmin Messenger App.

It doesn't matter if the device carrier is within cellular range or satellite coverage, messages will still be reliably transmitted. In case of emergency, users will be able to trigger an interactive SOS to the Garmin IERCC 24/7 staffed coordination centre for help.

The inReach® Messenger App is similar to Facebook Messenger, and it is here where you can have send and receive direct messages one-on-one or with a group. You can even use the app when the inReach® Messenger is powered off.
