Ingredients Organic Durum Wheat Directions Use 250g of Bulgar Wheat for every 250ml of water. Bring 250 ml of salted water to the boil and pour in the bulgar wheat. Cook over a low heat for about 6 minutes, stirring often. Add a knob of butter and cook over a very low heat for 5minutes stirring often. After cooking time leave to rest for 5 minutes.
