Refurbished Ghost in the Shell (PSP)

Based on the critically-acclaimed anime series by the renowned manga artist and writer Masamune Shirow, "In a world without borders, terrorism knows no limits."

Section 9, an elite group of secret intelligence operatives tasked to keep technological terrorists at bay, is back to give the cyber-terrorists a run for their money. Play as different members of Section 9 to solve the latest terrorist threat. Use Motoko's agility, Batou's strength, Togusa's stealth or Saito's sniper skills to investigate the mysteries of Berutarbe and unveil a dark conspiracy.

Players have the ability to hack into the minds of adversaries and temporarily control their actions, creating an original FPS gameplay experience and allowing players to launch devastating attacks from within the enemy ranks.

GitS is a FPS featuring a story adapted from the famous anime. In a futurist environment, the player can choose between four characters.

In the year 2030, where does reality end and virtuality begin? The line between cyborg and human is almost indistinguishable and cyber-crime, espionage, and terrorism plague a society lost between humanity and technology.

Playing as one of 4 members of Section 9, the player will investigate many incidents; sometimes seemingly unrelated to the usual Section 9 tasks. However as separate incidents and mysteries are solved, a much bigger problem will emerge...

The Niihama terror plot was just the beginning. Berutarbe in the northern region, has just celebrated its 20th anniversary return to the Kurile Islands. Section 9 have been sent to the area to protect the festivities and to investigate several mysteries in the surrounding the area.

Section 9, the Defense Agency, snipers, Tachikoma and Black Tachikoma all intersect in the former cyberbrain city of Berutarbe.
