Product DescriptionProduct Description Natural fruit liqueur produced by maceration of black johanisbeeren from the loire valley. Johanisbeeren are cultivated in the context of sustainable agriculture and therefore subject to strict hygiene and environmental criteria. Deep red, garnet red reflexes colour. Freshness of the Currant, notes of red fruits, spices and plants. Velvety smooth taste, slightly acid leads to the vigorous finale. The cores bring a slightly bitter taste with them. Creme de cassis gives the wine attractive vivid violet nuances. Aroma is dominated by the currant and their buds in the mouth softens the cream vivacity of the bubbles and the sour taste of the wine.
