Complete kit to make your gingerbread. This kit includes a 70 g ScrapCooking gingerbread spice mix (composition: cinnamon, anise, ginger, cardamom, star anise, pepper, nutmeg, sweet chili, clove, and coriander), a 200 g tube of glucose syrup, and 2 reusable wooden cake molds with baking liners measuring 24 cm from the Mirontaine brand! The molds were made in the Centre of France. Recommendations: Maximum freezing temperature -40. Maximum oven temperature: 220. Do not place near a flame. Can be used in the microwave. Do not put under water/do not wash. Usage: place parchment paper before pouring the mixture into the mold. Reusable approximately 3 times.
