This carefully blended mix of fine leaf grass varieties is designed to produce a lawn that feels soft underfoot, looks rich and vibrant and maintains its colour all season long. Perfect for starting a new lawn, over-seeding worn areas or filling bare patches, this seed delivers a luxurious lawn that is easy to grow and quick to establish. In ideal conditions, new grass shoots can appear in as little as 3 weeks.

How to Use:

1. Prepare Soil: Clear debris and weeds. Loosen soil and level with a rake.
2. Sow Seed: Shake the box to mix seeds. Spread evenly in two passes at right angles (30g/m² for new lawns, 25g/m² for overseeding).
3. Rake & Firm: Lightly rake into the soil and gently firm the surface.
4. Water: Keep soil moist until grass is established. Water thoroughly but avoid washing away seeds.
5. Mowing: First cut when grass reaches 5–8cm, gradually lowering to 2.5cm.

When to Sow:

• March to May or September to October for optimal germination.

Tips for Best Results:

• Lightly fertilise soil 4–5 days before sowing for improved growth.
• Protect newly sown areas from birds with netting if needed.
• Limit foot traffic on new growth for 7–21 days to allow proper establishment.
