I really shopped around to find this tree as I wanted to make sure this time it was just right !
I found the same tree initially at a much higher cost so I was the obvious choice to purchase it with on buy as the difference was significant .
It really is a stunning tree and great value for money & easy to assemble . In fact my cousin called in the other day and couldn't compliment enough & says that this is the tree he will be purchasing too !
Well the only thing was that the plug to the lights was defective by trying another plug from our home .
We got in touch with On buy who dealt and responded in the most professional & efficient way in resolving the problem as I we said we didn't wish to send back the tree as it was just perfect. Over a couple of emails & a couple of days the issue was resolved and we received the new plug this morning as promised !
I have to conclude with I am a little old fashioned and prefer to purchase from a shop .
As this is my 2nd experience purchasing with on buy . I must admit that both experiences have confirmed that this supplier is definitely up there with the best ! They are competent ,caring , efficient & prompt with any problems with any issues that arise .
