The Hama USB 3.0 Card Reader allows fast data transfer between the card and the PC when used with a UHS-I capable SD/microSD card. It also allows direct data exchange between memory cards and comes in a high-quality and robust metal casing. It is downward compatible with USB 2.0 (480 Mbit/s) and USB 1.1 (12 Mbit/s). This USB 3.0 card reader is for reading and writing to SD and microSD memory cards and supports USB 3.0 SuperSpeed 5 Gbps.

The card reader reads SD and microSD cards. The card reader has two slots: one for SD cards, one for microSD cards. You no longer need a connection cable: remove the card from the camera, plug it into the appropriate slot and you are ready to transfer data.

To transfer photos, videos or other data from the card to your PC, you do not need a driver or a complex installation. Simply connect a USB 3.0 card reader to your computer via a USB port and insert the memory card into the corresponding slot of the multi-card reader. Once the connection has been successfully established, the LED indicator lights up and you can transfer data such as photos or music to your heart's content.

As long as data is being transmitted, the LED indicator will flash. So you know at a glance, if all images and data are already on your PC, or if the transfer is still ongoing.
