The fixing frame inserts securely into the bottom of the machine and locks firmly to prevent movement during use.
Maximum supported thickness is 7 cm. If the material is thicker, the frame cannot be fixed.
In addition to adjusting noodle thickness for thick or thin doughs, it can flatten wrappers such as dumpling wrappers or dumpling skins to a uniform thickness for neat edges.
Includes a metal handle and holding clip designed for a secure fit with your machine.
